Perry Park East Annual Meeting
Date: Tuesday, October 15th, 2024
Place: Bear Dance Golf Club
Time: 6:00 PM Social & 6:30 PM Meeting Start

The program will include speakers from Douglas County Sheriff’s Department and Larkspur Mayor’s Office and Town Council. A representative from Canopy Tree will also attend to share information on a new local company offering mastication services.

Remember 2024 dues can still be paid. Pay online at www.perryparkeast.org or by check to Perry Park East HOA and mail to Perry Park East HOA at P.O. Box 161 Larkspur, CO 80118. Payment can also be made at the annual meeting on 10/15.

Meeting are open to PPE residents. If you'd like to attend a meeting, please email us at [email protected].
Due to work and travel schedules, meetings may sometimes be cancelled last minute.   A resident who wishes to address the Board must submit an email notification a week before the meeting with their name, address, contact information, and topic(s) of discussion to be added to the agenda. 

​Annual dues are $100.00 and can should be paid in January of each calendar year. Benefits for dues paying neighbors includes discounted chipping each year(spring or fall) and inclusion to at least one HOA sponsored events(picnic, BBQ, etc.).
