Perry Park East Annual Meeting

Time: 6:00 PM Social & 6:30 PM Meeting Start

This year, 2 complimentary drink tickets for beer & wine will be available for dues paying members.
Complimentary snacks and appetizers will also be provided. 
Door prizes will be given away too!

Speakers are joining us from Douglas County Sheriff’s Department and the Larkspur Fire Board. These speakers will give us important community updates and offer an opportunity for relevant Q&A.

Remember 2026 annual dues ($100) can be paid by check or online.  Pay online at www.perryparkeast.org or by check to Perry Park East HOA and mail to Perry Park East HOA at P.O. Box 161 Larkspur, CO 80118. Payment can also be made on 4/22.

We will also be sharing details about this year’s slash program.  
This year, only dues paying members will be able to participate.​

​Meetings
Meeting are open to PPE residents. If you'd like to attend a meeting, please email us at [email protected].
Due to work and travel schedules, meetings may sometimes be cancelled last minute.   A resident who wishes to address the Board must submit an email notification a week before the meeting with their name, address, contact information, and topic(s) of discussion to be added to the agenda. 

​Annual dues are $100.00 and can should be paid in January of each calendar year. Benefits for dues paying neighbors includes discounted chipping each year(spring or fall) and inclusion to at least one HOA sponsored events(picnic, BBQ, etc.).
