Speakers are joining from Douglas County Sheriff's Department and the Douglas County Land Conservancy

This year, 2 free tickets for beer and wine are included for dues paying neighbors.  Appetizers being served.

​Meetings
Meeting are open to PPE residents. If you'd like to attend a meeting, please email us at [email protected].
Due to work and travel schedules, meetings may sometimes be cancelled last minute.   A resident who wishes to address the Board must submit an email notification a week before the meeting with their name, address, contact information, and topic(s) of discussion to be added to the agenda. 

​Annual dues are $100.00 and can should be paid in January of each calendar year. Benefits for dues paying neighbors includes discounted chipping each year(spring or fall) and inclusion to at least one HOA sponsored events(picnic, BBQ, etc.). 

Dues can be paid online by clicking the "PAY DUES" menu above or by check mailed to:  Perry Park East HOA, PO Box 161, Larkspur, CO 80118.
