Slash Pick Up is the week of July 15th, 2024

Wildfire mitigation is important throughout Colorado.  Dues paying members can take advantage of a special discount program, using services from M.R. Hauling. Depending on size of pickup, services may be free or deeply discounted.  Due to the high level of participation, expect pick-up to take place over several days.

Requirements (Please see Slash 2024 page on this website for additional details):

• Pile slash high and in one location
• Do not stretch slash out along the road(see point above)
• Do not pile slash under powerlines
• Larger logs should be piled together
• Pile close to the road but not on the road

​Meetings
Meeting are open to PPE residents. If you'd like to attend a meeting, please email us at [email protected].
Due to work and travel schedules, meetings may sometimes be cancelled last minute.   A resident who wishes to address the Board must submit an email notification a week before the meeting with their name, address, contact information, and topic(s) of discussion to be added to the agenda. 

​Annual dues are $100.00 and can should be paid in January of each calendar year. Benefits for dues paying neighbors includes discounted chipping each year(spring or fall) and inclusion to at least one HOA sponsored events(picnic, BBQ, etc.).
